Usage

Corvus is a Hypixel statistics Discord bot designed to provide users with information and statistics about their Hypixel accounts. By using Corvus, you agree to use the bot for its intended purpose and not to engage in activities that may disrupt, damage, or otherwise negatively affect the bot or other users’ experience.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Corvus to:

1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
3. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
4. Transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Corvus’s servers, systems, or networks, or to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the bot.

Intellectual Property

Corvus and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developers. Corvus is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Corvus immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use Corvus will immediately cease.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we may provide a notice (most likely in our support Discord Server) prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Corvus after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using Corvus.

Disclaimer

Corvus is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that Corvus will meet your requirements, be error-free, reliable, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of Corvus.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Corvus.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
